ChinoizeCupStats (https://chinoizecupstats.com) is a fan-made analytics site that publishes results, standings, decklists and derived statistics for the Chinoize Cup One Piece Trading Card Game tournament series. This policy explains what information the site processes and why.

All tournament results shown on this site, including player usernames, display names, country flags, records, placings and decklists, are sourced from the publicly available event pages on Limitless TCG, where participants publish them when registering for an event. We do not collect any additional personal information about players, and we do not combine this data with any other source.

If you are a listed player and would like your entries corrected or removed, contact the tournament organiser through the Chinoize Cup community channels and we will action the request.

Browsing the public site does not require an account and we do not ask you for any personal information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to operate the service and to produce aggregate, server-side visitor statistics. These statistics do not use cookies and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

The administration area, used only by the site operators, sets a session cookie after login. Public visitors never receive this cookie.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on pages with substantive content. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Card artwork is loaded from the Limitless TCG content delivery network. Fonts are self-hosted through Next.js and are not requested from Google's servers at runtime. Apart from Google AdSense, no other third-party scripts run on the public site.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
